What not to forget on your website

What do you think the most important piece of information is to include on your website?

Contact details – you want potential clients to be able to contact you if they want to do business with you – right?

I have been reviewing a number of websites recently and I was surprised at how many had no contact details.

  • No phone number
  • No links to social media
  • No email address
  • No physical address
  • No business registration information

I had no idea what country these businesses were located in or how to contact them.

If I’m looking for a potential business and there are no contact details, I’m not going to waste my time trying to find contact details if the business can’t even be bothered to put them on their website.

It also does not look professional. I would question if this business was legitimate, are they hiding something, why aren’t they displaying their contact details?
