I am accepting the terms and prices as stipulated in the quote provided by Creative Desk Pty Ltd.

Payments
Creative Desk Pty Ltd will invoice at the end of each month or on completion of the project, whichever occurs first. Invoices must be paid within 7 days of receipt otherwise late fees apply. Preferred payment is by direct deposit. Payment via Paypal or credit card will attract a surcharge, except for digital products purchased via our online store, no surcharge applies.

Products and Digital Products Sold Via Online Store
Technical support is not included in the sale of digital products. We provide instructions and they are sold as a DIY solution. If you would like technical support, we can offer this service for an additional fee. If you do not receive the email with your digital product, please let us know and we will resend it to you. Books sold via the website are sent to the address provided at checkout, we are unable to change the address after your order has been submitted as these are processed by a third party.

GST
We are registered for GST and a 10% GST will be added to all invoices in accordance with the regulations of the Australian Tax Office.

Cancellation
After accepting the quote you agree to pay the full price as quoted. If the client cancels after accepting the quote Creative Desk Pty Ltd reserves the right to invoice the full price quoted. To cancel the services of Creative Desk Pty Ltd, you must advise in writing 14 days prior to the cancellation date, otherwise, we reserve the right to invoice for 14 days of work as a cancellation fee. For projects by the hour, that isn’t provided on a weekly or monthly basis, Creative Desk Pty Ltd, will advise how many hours have been completed to date, an additional 2 hours will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Ownership
All raw design files are owned by Creative Desk Pty Ltd, the client will receive the final pdf or image for their use.

Completion of Work
It is the responsibility of the client to thoroughly check all jobs or projects. Creative Desk Pty Ltd will advise the client once we have completed your work. The client has 14 days to request any edits or changes, after this time, the job will be invoiced and marked as complete. Any changes beyond that time will be billed as new edits or additions to the project.

Marketing
Creative Desk Pty Ltd reserves the right to use any work created by us in our portfolio as examples of our work to demonstrate our skills to prospective clients.

Images
Due to copyright legislation, Creative Desk Pty Ltd will only use images that we have purchased or obtained as free for use in the public domain. Quality images are sourced through Adobe Stock, Deposit Photos and Canva will be charged to the client at $10 per image. If you cannot verify the source of any images supplied to Creative Desk Pty Ltd, we reserve the right to refuse to use them in any work completed by us.

Subcontracting or Delegating Work
Creative Desk Pty reserves the right to delegate work to other members of the team or subcontract work out to meet the needs of their clients.

Retainer Agreement
Creative Desk Pty Ltd will retain the agreed number of hours for your business per week or per month. It is up to the client to provide sufficient work to fulfill this retainer. Any unused hours will be forfeited. If the amount of work required exceeds the number of hours allocated, Creative Desk Pty Ltd will inform the client and the client can decide whether to pay for additional hours or wait until the next retainer period.

Purchases on Clients Behalf
Creative Desk Pty Ltd can make purchases on a clients behalf up to the value of $100, which we will charge to the client in the next invoice. For larger purchases or orders, we can arrange on behalf of the client but the client will need to make payment arrangements.

Usual Work Hours
Creative Desk Pty Ltd is available Monday to Friday during business hours. We may choose to work outside of these hours. If your project requires work either after hours or on weekends, this will also attract a 33% surcharge. For example, an overnight job is required by 9am the next morning.

Urgent Work
Urgent work is classified as anything that is required with less than 48 hours notice. This work will attract a 33% surcharge.

Confidentiality
All confidential information remains the property of the disclosing party. Information will not be shared, disclosed or used for anything other than the purpose it was provided.

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions as needed. This will be communicated with clients via email.
