A picture tells a thousand words. Ensuring your business has the right images will help you stand out in a crowd.

It’s important to remember that you can’t just google an image and use it. Images are subject to copyright, so using an image without permission could result in a hefty fine or legal proceedings. Therefore you must ensure the images you use are freely available for commercial use.

It’s important to read the licence agreement on the individual site, as some may have restrictions on use. Generally, these sites provide images that can be used on your website or in a brochure. They usually cannot be sold or used on something that is sold for example a T-shirt. You will need to purchase any images with a specific licence for those purposes.
